Returns and refunds

Right of Withdrawal


•  In accordance with EU regulations, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, for most items.


•  To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.


•  Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


Exceptions to Returns


•  For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless the item is defective.


•  We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.


Return Process


•  Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details to initiate a return.


•  You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).


•  Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll confirm if it meets the criteria.


•  Approved returns will be processed for a refund.


Refunds


•  Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.


•  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


•  If you received free shipping, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


•  Any customs duties or taxes on international orders are not refundable.


Defective or Damaged Items


•  If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, covering return shipping costs.

•  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or legal requirements.


•  This policy applies to purchases made through our Big Cartel store and complies with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.
